It's an organic process: we continue to assess and reassess strategies as market conditions and corporate objectives evolve. Our experience has shown it's best to divide the process into two discrete steps.

As part of the initial development, we:

• clarify the organization's need and objectives in their risk management approach
• review the available tools to manage that risk
• develop the necessary policies and processes to guide the organization
• present a customized risk management plan

As part of the on-going maintenance of the program, we:

• recommend and guide changes to the plan based on market information and intelligence
• provide updated price forecasts and modeling
• evaluate market conditions to shape the plan on a go-forward basis
